INTERPRETATION

In these Conditions the following words shall have the following meanings

The Buyer/You:
The person(s), firm or Company who purchases the Goods from the Company

The Company/we: Ichnos Sports 

Contract:
Any Contract between the Company and the Buyer for the sale of the Goods, incorporating these Conditions

Goods:
Any goods agreed in the Contract to be supplied to the Buyer by the Company (including any part or parts of them)

Ordering From Ichnos Sports:

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.

Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World. Where SURFACE mail is selected the delivery time will be much longer 2-5 weeks for Europe 6-12 weeks Rest of World.

Payment:

We accept payment by Cash, Cheques (sent by registered mail). We also accept PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s

Packaging:

At Ichnos Sports, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

For UK mainland deliveries, the postage charge per order is 2.00GBP. Please email Ichnos Sports for a quote if the postage charge does not appear on your order. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Parcel Force 48 hour and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service, please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Ichnos Sports reserves the right to replace any of the above services, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Overseas & non-mainland UK:

The postage charge per order for overseas orders is fixed at 7.00GBP. Please email Ichnos Sports for a quote if the postage charge does not appear on your order. Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent via Royal Mail international Signed For and insured for £30.00. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order.

RETURNS POLICY

Under the European Distance Selling Regulations the Buyer has the right to cancel the order for any item purchased on this web site for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. If you cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations and have chosen courier delivery we will only refund the standard rate of postage unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed, in which case please contact us.

To cancel the Buyer must e-mail or write to the Company within seven days of delivery of the item(s) quoting your order number. The Buyer is obliged to take reasonable care when returning the items. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods at their own cost within 30 days; the Company will not refund this cost. The Buyer is responsible for the goods until they are back in the possession of the Company, the Buyer must claim for any damages caused on the return, from the courier used. If the goods are not returned in an unused condition then the right to a full refund is forfeited.

When returning items that are deemed to be faulty, the Buyer must contact the Company via e-mail to sales@ichnos-sports.co.uk, prior to sending the articles back and obtain instructions and an authorised return reference number.

The Company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufacturers instructions, misuse, alteration or repair of the goods (other than that done by our staff).

In other instances we will consider an exchange or credit note provided that the goods are returned promptly; in their original condition and with the original receipt.

DATA PROTECTION

The purpose of this statement is to set out how we use any personal information that we obtain about you. By registering as a user and by using the Ichnos Sports website generally you agree to this use.

Ichnos Sports does not disclose Buyer's information to third parties.
1. When you submit an order to our online shop you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on computers or otherwise. We will use this information to fulfil our agreement with you.
2. We may use information that you provide or that is obtained by us:
   (a) To register you with our website and to administer our web site services;
   (b) For the prevention and detection of fraud.
